While we attempt to report all PDUs earned to PMI Headquarters, we sometimes have delays or difficulties in doing this. In the event that your PDUs aren’t reported in a timely fashion, you can self report your PDUs to PMI by using the event number. Event numbers for all chapter sponsored events where PDUs were rewarded for 2005 and 2006 are listed below. You can claim the PDUs that you earned on a Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Activity Reporting Form. The CCR Handbook and Activity Reporting Form are available on the PMI website at http://www.pmi.org/. Keep this worksheet with your personal records for verification of attendance if you are audited.
