Steps to complete registration and pay for event:

  • Register for event using this form
  • You will receive a registration confirmation at the email address you enter.
  • You will be re-directed to the eStore upon successful registration
  • Pay online for the event (optional) or
  • Pay for event "at the door" with cash, check or credit card
  • Note: Please provide PMI number if you would like the PDUs submitted to PMI

  • We will assess a $25.00 U.S. service charge on all returned checks.
  • Refunds will be made if requested by October 1, 2010 by email (communications@pmigno.org)
  • No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2010, but you can substitute another attendee in your place at any time.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 30 days from receipt.
